I took a trip in May to visit my mum and as she does t live far we took a lovely trip to Bath. My mother and I wanted to find a place to sit down and have some chai and a piece cake. Success!
Popped into this place and we had some carrot ( moist and amazing ) and chocolate cake, they were both delicious. Chai tea was wonderful. Not in a bag, yay. The folks there are super polite and friendly. The place is decorated ( they told us recently done ) and has a great warm feeling. -

I was worried about finding a non-touristy lunch place on a sunny Saturday in June...and this place looks so fresh and natural! Love the comfortable decor and wines on display. I got a pastrami sandwich toasted on a delicious bread, and then was pleasantly surprised that it came with a side AND a salad! I chose couscous, but it was a tough decision with cucumber salad, potato salad, and others competing.

I stumbled on this nice, little place while wandering Bath looking for a late lunch. The quiche and salad made me happy, and the nice beer selection even more so. (I chose a Livewire session IPA by the local Electric Bear Company.) Wines look good too, though I didn't have any.
